The overall experience was great from the moment we entered. Staff was very accommodating and helpful throughout the time we spent there Jose, our server at the cabanas was outstanding and always going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and attended to. For the most part the food was good but found there could’ve been one more dinning option. However, it was nice that you weren’t limited on what you could order good ask for more of something or additional items. Housekeeping was overall good except for they never came at the same time and sometimes showed up after we got back for the day around 4:30/5:00 pm. There was plenty to do on the property as well as options to explore around. We loved the kayaking off the beach. The massages we got at the spa were one of the best I’ve ever had. It also allowed for one hour of spa amenities yes such as the jetted tubs or sauna. The air conditioning in the room never seemed to get the room cool enough for our liking but it was comfortable. Plenty of space in the room for the 3 adults. I do wish there was more nightlife activities or even just a dj playing music to dance to. I would definitely come back again!

Our stay at Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and set in a stunning, secluded location. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The staff truly made the experience exceptional…everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food offered great variety and quality, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was the perfect balance of relaxing and fun. One of the most unforgettable highlights of our stay was the whale watching. Being able to see whales breaching and swimming so close to shore… sometimes right from the resort… was absolutely breathtaking. Experiencing something so rare and magical added an incredible, once-in-a-lifetime element to our vacation. This resort exceeded our expectations in every way. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, stress-free all-inclusive experience in Puerto Vallarta.

Great staff. Clean enough rooms. Food was pretty good and good enough variety. Expedia booking of “ocean view” room gave us the restroom/just above the children’s’ pool. We paid extra once we got to the hotel to be on the top floor.
