This hotel is a very unique and beautiful property. Being one of the only hotels inside Iguazu Falls National Park. You are literally only about a seven minute walk to where the entrance is to the park. No need to stand in lines to get entrance to the park because you're already in the park. While the rooms are not five star,they are perfectly adequate for your stay. Plus, the views from my balcony definitely made up for that! Just stunning views of the falls, and the views of the magnificent property itself!!! The food and drinks were wonderful. The staff was more than welcoming and were there for anything I needed, or for extra things I wanted to do. The Wellness Center was amazing, and the massive outdoor pool were also amazing!!! The interior of the two story lobby area was just so impressive, and it was perfectly appointed down to the last detail! While its not the most inexpensive places to stay, in my opinion it was worth every penny I spent to stay there, and I would highly recommend this property to anybody! And, it was pretty humorous to watch the monkeys running around on the balconies quite often!

Great location near Iguazu Falls. The close by excursions to the waterfalls was epic. Staff was excellent. It is a bit far to the nearest town. 30 minute drive. I booked a jungle view but in reality it was a parking lot view with a view of the jungle in the background. I brought this up to the front desk hoping they would do something for me.They said they would check into and let me know but they never did. I am not complaining but that is my truthful review

This property is tired and the rooms are need of an upgrade. It is obvious it was built with inferior materials by today’s standards. They have tried to smarten it up in the public and outdoor areas which are excellent with the swimming pool and the view of the falls . What is astounding is the location in the park . This goes along to forging the poor building quality . But it does demand a premium . The food is expensive and average and the kitchen slow. The staff are ok but also in some instances tired and bored. Maybe bit harsh but if they want a top class facility they need to attend to these issues.

The best place to stay in Iguazu. Everything was perfect. The staff is amazing. The food and the spa, wonderful. It is really nice location, you can walk all the National Park. I definitely would come back.

This was a phenomenal stay for us! The staff here (Natalia, Carlos, Diego especially) are truly outstanding. The wait staff were also just wonderful. We splurged and got a room with a view of the falls and it was definitely worth it. But a jungle view would also be ok because so many of the common areas have a stunning view. The food is really good. Definitely pricey but very good! We splurged on a meal at their Mercado restaurant. We did the offer of what we call a prix fixe menu and while it was good, it was way too much food. We didn’t try the wines but it looked like they had an amazing selection. We saw monkeys and toucans and other birds on property! We were able to get late check out at 2 pm (and could have extended further if we were willing to pay $36/hour). Also, they offered that we could shower at the spa if we needed to and one of us did, which was great. Taking the Iguazu Jungle trip was also so convenient as it starts and ends right near the hotel. We walked both the Inferior and Superior Circuits - both of which are easily accessible from the hotel. We did not have time for the train but that is also very convenient from the hotel. This place is a 10/10 hands down. If you are able to spend the extra money to stay here, you will definitely be wowed!

The room was cold and there was no way that they could change the temperature because it was for the whole property. Each room did not have individual thermostats or individual unit units.
