Friendly staffs. Helpful to our transportation from the airport to the falls and back to the airport. Quiet forest feeling environment.

Helpful staff. Family friendly and affordable. Bed comfortable. Twin extra beds for kids was convenient, so we didn’t have to book two cabins. Would be nice if hot water for tea was complimentary. Bed made daily.

The staff was incredible and the restaurant was delicious.

This property was great. The staff is amazing and accommodating. We ended up extending our stay by a day so we had two different types of rooms. The first larger one was amazing but the second one was also great just smaller. The breakfast is ok but it does the job. The only we didnt’ care for was the restaurant food.

Beautiful place staff super friendly good dinner my only complaint is the breakfast is the same everyday

The hotel is actually a series of cabin like units, connected by wooden walk ways in the jungle. The rooms are beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. There is a common area with a sizeable pool ans bathing facilities. The restaurant provides breakfast, but should be your first choice for dinner. The kitchen and service were first rate, with excellent local wine and fish. We ate three nights out of three. there is a variety of nature trails, etc.

We stayed two nights at La Cantera Lodge de Selva in February 2018. Miriam, at the front desk, was really friendly and answered all of our questions about transportation, meals, etc. The rooms were clean and quiet, the pool was excellent.

Quaint little jungle hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. Restaurant has good quality food. Soft music playing in the background. Good for families and couples. Pool needs work, fresh coat of paint would do wonders (pool is next to restaurant). Rooms might need a little renovation. 220V and 120V receptacles. Would recommend renting a vehicle if possible (Brazilian side is a lot cheaper than Argentinian). Would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel in the jungle near about 20 min taxi ride from Iguazu Falls. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Large room with comfortable bed and great air conditioning. The food at the hotel restaurant was very good.

The setting of this hotel was absolutely beautiful. The pool area was quite lovely and the staff were fabulous. The only thing that could have been better was the condition of the bathroom. It was a little old and worn. If you are looking for a 4-5 star hotel this is not it. But if you are looking for great setting, staff, pool and good value, this is the place.

Hotel not quite as smart as in the photos but clean and staff very courteous and helpful. Dinner menu excellent. A taxi/car is necessary to go anywhere so good if you want peace and quiet in a rainforest setting. You do get wet and it's difficult to dry clothes.

The setting of this hotel right in the heart of the jungle is truly remarkable and as amazing as the photos on their website. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise with great food and an incredibly kind and welcoming staff. We didn't realize that most of the activities associated with Iguazu Falls are arranged inside the national park and not by the hotel but the hotel does prove transportation for a fee to the national park. The hotel provides a free evening shuttle to the main town but it's worth it to get a taxi into town earlier in the day especially to view the sunset over the three borders of Argentina, Paraguay and Brazil.

Great location and very attentive staff. Highly recommended!

We loved the natural walk given by Gabrielle, one of the indigenous Guarani people in the Iguazu area. He showed us how to set traps to catch small animals alive, and how that would be set as live baits above a jaguar trap. He also showed us the plants they used to carve canoes, to treat swelling and to stop bleeding. The front desk folks are very friendly and speaks English fluently. The only thing I would recommend is avoiding their shuttle to Iguazu fall national park. The return ride is more than 30 minutes late, because they only have a single van servicing all the different locations and the van was held up at the Brazilian side. We don't blame the driver for this since he is trying his best, but his management needs to put more cars into service.

its in the middle of the jungle. its perfect for those who love nature. the only access is on taxi or small bus. its 20 min from airport and 10 minutes from downtown. the hotel has bike to take free self guided trips through the jungld. It also has a daily tour guided by a native indian. it is located 15 min from iguazu falls argentine's side and 40 minutes from iguazu fall brasilian side.

This is an excellent facility. Large, well appointed rooms with all modern conveniences, beautiful grounds and a wonderful swimming pool. The only negative is the location - it is off the road in the middle of the jungle so once you are there, there is no place to go without calling a cab. The restaurant was good for breakfast but eat dinner elsewhere. The staff tried hard but they were overwhelmed by the number of people arriving and leaving at the same time, and not much English was spoken. In conclusion, a great place with wonderful facilities, but the location is remote. If you are interested in privacy and quiet, a great place.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful, and spoke good English. Beautiful setting. It's not perfect, but it's very good!

The name of the hotel is definitely well chosen because you feel as if you are in the jungle.

We stayed 2 nights at La Cantera Jungle Lodege Iguazu in February 2013. Our room - a lodge - was very large, had a huge balcony and gorgeous views. The whole property is just beautiful. The architecture is brilliant throughout, both the rooms and the common areas and we will always remember fondly this beautiful property for its design, ever so peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast is very rich and tasty, I absolutely recommend this place, it is one of the most special places l have ever stayed in.

Excellent location, quiet and peaceful. Shuttle service available to local attractions and airport. Friendly available staff able to assist throughout the day.
