Wonderfully comfy cozy

Loved this place! Would definitely stay here again, we stayed in the Eagles Nest room for two nights and it was such a fun experience. The blinds were broken overlooking the tub, which let in a lot of light in the morning and at night. The kitchen had quite a few amenities to choose from, which was quite pleasant. The whole place has such a beautiful atmosphere, it felt like a loved one’s home!

We stayed in the Kitty Hines room, bed was very uncomfortable, the walls are thin and you can hear others in their room talking/laughing etc. The mansion was clean, we didn’t get hot water to our tub until 12:30am… which was one of the big reasons we got the room, so that was frustrating. Cute place but wouldn’t revist

A unique place to stay with nice amenities.

Everything was very smooth. A rather unique experience. I’ll be back to try some of the other rooms. Such a nice change of pace. Clean rooms and thought provoking theming. Parking is off street and free. Felt secure. (It is West Provo folks!)

The Hines Mansion is a great place to stay. The staff was friendly and great to work with. Our room, The Secret Garden, was very nice (high ceilings, King-size bed, jetted tub) and quiet.

Owner was amazing with communication on the day of check in and for a small fee we could check in early. Definitely read the amenities feature I missed that the shower was just the one in the bath tub. Room was clean and easy to find.

We always enjoy staying at historic inns and other speciality inns and small botique hotels. The convenience of having a kitchen available for reheating leftovers or making a cup of coffee or tea during the day was helpful. The compimentary continental breakfast of yogurt, granola and coffee/tea/hot chocolate were appreciated. We would suggest fresh bakery mini muffins or similar items instead of the Hostess/Kellogg donuts and bars.

I reserved the 2 story library room and it was truly unique. The hidden powder room was so surprising. The spiral stairs to the jetted tub tested my balance, but added charm to an already delightful room. The linens were especially luxe and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Great location for walking to meals

The room was a great surprise…. Not the least the huge bathtub by the door. The shower was great and being on the first floor by the parking lot our back door led right into the really neat kitchen and it was so easy to get coffee in the morning

No shower or breakfast.

Booked it thinking it was a Bed & Breakfast based on what I read on hotels.com but they no longer offer breakfast. There isn’t a shower here, just a tub with a hand wand. The lack of a served breakfast and a proper shower diminished the value proposition over choosing a hotel.
