"The check-in process took FOREVER. We had a whole day of traveling and delays, so the long check in didn't help at all. I think it look over 15 minutes and a lot of waiting around for forms and weird things we had to sign. Other hotels we've been to it literally takes less than a minute and they hand us the keys. The staff at breakfast were super friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed interacting with them every morning. The kids loved the food as well as there is a lot of variety. The rooms themselves were ok. If looks nice from a far but if you look closely you will notice some things like wallpaper installation done poorly or cracks on the wall here and there."
