After a long day driving the Hyatt House had everything we needed to relax and refresh. The noon check out allowed for a leisurely breakfast (which was great) exercise in their fitness area and recharge before heading out again.

While the stay was ok, the thermostat in the room didn't work properly so the room was very cold all night and the fan did not go off. Furthermore I was double charged through orbitz and the hotel and am still trying to get my money back. The hotel staff has been less than helpful and management refuses to speak to me

Nice hotel, spacious rooms with kitchens. Pet friendly. Staff is very nice but disorganized. Rooms are clean but A/C did not work well and toilets are difficult to flush. Housekeeping continually knocked on door asking if we were checking out even though we were staying another day. Had to talk to staff at front desk multiple times to resolve issue.

The breakfast wasnt bad. The area resturants were awesome, the bar and bartender (kyle) were dope. The pool area is small and the smell of cholorine so strong. The pool area floor is super slippery and the mattresses in the hotel are old and worn and due for a change.

We had a great time! Awesome room, great rate and the front desk staff was really nice! Above and beyond! Especially the woman who worked the evening of 4/24/25 The guy at the bar wasnt so great,he encouraged us not to order food because it was only him working.. and he sugessted other places to eat... we wanted to eat there for convenience...

While taking a shower, the water unexpectedly stopped for approximately 30 minutes. When it returned, brown water came out of both the faucets and toilets. Additionally, the carpet in the hotel room was dirty and had an unpleasant odor.
