Na frente do hotel tem dois restaurantes. No período da noite até às 23:00 horas o barulho é ensurdecedor. Não tem como dormir. O ar condicionado é barulhento. A televisão não funciona perfeitamente. No chuveiro sem água quente. Segundo informações, eles tem manobrista. O estacionamento está aproximadamente 300 metros do hotel. Levei e busquei o meu veículo. Uma região muito perigosa a noite. Vantagens: Fica próximo do mercado central e do centro da cidade. O café da manhã é muito bom. Banheiro bom

Nossa viagem foi em família, utilizamos 3 quartos, e todos sem nenhuma reclamação. Hotel limpo e funcionários muito atenciosos. O café da manhã gostoso, mas com pouca variedade. A localização excelente, deixamos o carro na garagem, e fomos nos pontos turísticos do centro histórico e Cais Embarcadeiro à pe. Para ir em lugares mais longe, usamos carro de app, muito acessível. Com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar nesse hotel.

Tivemos mais uma experiência desconfortável, na qual uma pessoa responsavel pela manutenção entrou quando a gente ja estava nas acomodações do quarto, a pessoa responsável pela mesma nem consultou se estava ocupado o quarto e tambem não foi i formada pela logistica da mesma. Contrangedor para gente. Solicitamos recomendação do quarto e tivermos que descer mais de 3 vezes pela ineficiência do atendimento.
