There was blood in the room wall next to the bed close to window. The light next to the Door did not work. The hôtels smells bad. There is dust in the room.

Horrible lugar, nunca me limpiaron la habitacion aunque lo solicite diario, mi habitacion tenia fuerte olor a cigarro. lugar muy sucio. terrible evita hospedarte aqui.

The key card for the door didn't work and the clerk couldn't figure it out. He was still helpful and he made an effort. He also allowed me to check in after hours which I was very thankful for considering I had just got off the plane at 1:30am in a foreign state and I was a woman alone. That ensured my safety.

Although the staff was nice this property needs a serious renovation. The covers on the bed had cigarettes burns, the vanity in the bathroom was damage & rushed. The TV had a line on the screen that would not go away so the tv needs to be replaced. The lock on the door was a pain to use no matter how many times we had to get a new key. Also, I think it is very inconsiderate to put any guest in a room directly next door or in our case 3 rooms down from where the housekeeping staff works. We were able to hear everything & my husband works nights so sleeping during the day was difficult. The hallways were full of noise & talking until about 1pm. To be honest we couldnt wait to get out of that hotel. We would have left sooner if it weren't for the room being non-refundable. The pictures listed are not what the hotel actually looks like. If I could post pictures of our room I would. This is one hotel I will never stay at again and I truly wish I could get my money back because it was an absolute waste.

Several staff real nice, others clueless, Keycards did not work well, tv was broken needed it replaced. Loudness in the halls went unchecked. Real comfortable bed, room was nice, bathroom clean.

Wouldn’t recommend. There was a large spring poking out of the bed that caught our legs a few times. More disturbingly there was blood on our toilet paper and one of the mirrors in our room.

The room was very dirty smelt so bad like cigarette smoke. When I told them all they gave me was a can of freshener keys never worked was nothing but a hassle stayed there many times used to love. It will never stay again.

Staff members at the front desk is very terrible they don’t know how to deal with customers they talk to the customer as if they’re talking to there friends,And also they have a lot of attitude.

It felt like i was staying at a trap house

The place was pretty sketchy at best, we had a vagrant throw rocks at us while we tried to park so we waited for the strange man to walk away before we checked in. Check in was fine, we didnt hang out long before we went out to see the friends we had come to the area to visit and returned later in the evening. While trying to sleep it seems as though several of the other occupants were “long term” and kept going back and forth between rooms and knocking on doors loudly throughout the night. The next morning we found that the shower would not keep a constant temperature but instead went back and forth from scalding to freezing over and over again which was frustrating as well. On the upside the bed wasn’t uncomfortable and the staff were pleasant but overall not somewhere i would go again

Never again.

It was one lf the worst experiences I've ever had staying at a hotel. The staff were rude and didnt deal with am unruly/belligerent 'guest' in the check in area; quote 'just ignore him'. It was very uncomfortable. The hotel was very unkempt; the ice machine on our floor was moldy in the drip tray, carpet was coming up off the floor near our door and almost tripped and fell over it. The outside door that is used to get in was broken so literally anyone could walk inside.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Drug addicts in the parking lot. The room next to ours had people in there getting high all night and having s*x. We could hear everything. Reeks of cigarette smoke. Side doors are busted and anyone can just walk right in. The key chain lock on my room door was kicked in and bent, put back together with short screws that pulled right out. Half the curtains were hanging off the wall. Filthy dirty. Mold in the bathroom. I paid the security deposit with my credit card and they billed me 3 days in a row and 3 different amounts. When I confronted the manager she couldn't explain why except for saying she didn't know it's the system that does it automatically. Which is a blatant lie. I had to call my credit card company to stop the payments. We felt very unsafe and no matter what they would not give us a refund so we could leave and find somewhere safe to stay. Manager was very disrespectful and called me trash upon check out. If you have children I beg you not to stay here. It's worth the extra money to feel safe and book somewhere else.
