The staff here was wonderful! Could never complain about that. Breakfast was very good. The pool was clean, the kids had fun. My only negative comment would be the odor, like someone was cooking with curry. I was glad I brought room freshener spray.

The room was outdated. The lobby area was not well kept. The pool area was average. The elevators were slow and old. The place smelled of cigarettes and I don’t even know what else. Bathroom towels had yellow stains. The entire place smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Was told the room is booked was still dirty when I got there and was downgraded to a room with a view of the roof. Ice machine was not located on the 3rd floor like all the signage said. Had to go look and found it on the first floor.

Pros: Room was very clean. Bed was great. Dog friendly. Felt safe. Close to downtown, goo location. Very affordable. Cons: no soap. At all. I asked and was offered dish soap. Glad I had hand sanitizer. Breakfast is mediocre, orange juice was gross.Tv needs an upgrade, picture was terrible. Couldnt close curtains all the way, so i was up when the sun was. Elevators are janky. This place is ok.
