There were 5 people in our party. All senior ladies. This house was in a quiet neighborhood and close to the beach, which is a plus. The bathrooms were nice and updated. Shower pressure was excellent and temperature was great, even with both showers in use at same time. Plenty of parking too. The host was very pleasant and was available by text or phone when needed. When we arrived the entry code would not work so I had to call and he answered right away and we were in within five minutes. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. However, I urge the host rethink his cleaning service. There were dead palmetto bugs in one of the bedrooms (which was not really a bedroom, more like a laundry/supply room. One bathroom had towels hanging and a bandage in the shower. I also question if the house would actually sleep 10. Maybe 7 or 8. There was a king, a queen and three trundle beds. The third trundle was in the laundry/supply room, which we did not use because of the dead bugs. Also, the trundle beds did not have top sheets, only the sheet covering the mattress. The trundle I slept on had springs that poked me and I had to cover the mattress with extra blankets to prevent from being poked. Only 1 table lamp by the beds worked because outlets were too far away from the tables, and some of the outlets seemed to fit devices loosely. The livingroom was stocked well with lots of games and books. A game room was available for pool or ping pong.
