This enchanting newly remodeled and professionally decorated house in Englewood boasts 4 bedrooms, including 1 king bed and 3 queen beds, perfect for a group getaway. With 3 bathrooms equipped with amenities like a hair dryer, shower, and bathtub, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The cozy living space offers a full kitchen with all the amenities, AC, WiFi, and a washing machine and dryer for added convenience. Inground pool with heater and cooler under a lanai, patio sofa set, dining table, lounge chairs and grill with pool toys to enjoy the outdoors any time of the year. You can relax while viewing the mature landscape, serene pond and abundant wildlife in the backyard. With a short 10 minute drive away from 2 beaches, beach chairs, beach bag, umbrellas, toys and cooler are provided. The home is beautiful and in a great area, close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood that’s a short bike ride to W, Dearborn Streets with the shops, Farmer’s Market, and restaurants in quaint downtown Englewood. The house was immaculately clean with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice linens, and plenty of space to spread out in the two separate living spaces or on the inviting lanai with the crystal clear pool. Amy and Jim were great communicators and quick to respond with any questions we had. We would absolutely rent this home again.

Beautiful property! The home is large and well laid out just in case you need some quiet time. The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. The pool was the perfect size, and the temperature was just right for swimming any time of the day. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood with trees and lawn at the back and side of the house. Very private location and well-maintained lawn. I have nothing negative to say about this property or these hosts. I would definitely rent this home again.
