Located in a highly desirable part of Englewood just minutes from shopping and only a 12-15 minute drive to the beaches depending on traffic! This home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, great for walks/runs/cycling around the block. This home sleeps 12 guests with 7 beds! Enjoy a quick couples retreat or bring the entire family for a fun family get-a-away!

This home boasts an open and airy feeling with an abundance of natural light and views of the sparkling pool from almost every room in the house. With the seamless flow throughout the house, this open concept home is perfect for entertaining and suitable for large or even multiple families. Kitchen is fully stocked to indulge in the creations of your family meals or set out to any of the several local restaurants just minutes away. Laundry room w/washer and dryer is located right of the living. There is a charcoal grill behind the house outside the back screened pool area for guests to use! (guests are to provide their own charcoal)

Guests are welcome to use the beach items which are stowed in the garage. We ask guests to leave gently used or newly purchased items behind for the next guests to enjoy, therefore beach items can vary between guest stays.

Englewood is just minutes from Boca Grande and Manasota Key, with miles of white sandy beaches, shopping, and local restaurants. Nearby you'll find Rotonda West, a golfing community surrounded by many beautiful courses, waterways, and wildlife. This community is very active, with bike lanes and plenty of walking trails out the front door. Close to shopping, unique dining, and all the essentials! Truly a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida experience.

Max 4 cars parking in driveway. No parking in the garage and no parking on the grass. Vehicle needed to drive to restaurants, shopping and beaches. Neighborhood offers sidewalks for biking and walking/jogging.

The covered Pool is Heated complimentary Year-Round! Pool heat is controlled remotely by the host. (Guests do not have access to adjust or tamper with any pool equipment.)

Host requires previous positive reviews to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all parties involved. Inquiries sent to host with no trips may ask to provide positive feedback from previous hosts or even on another rental channels.

Guests may access all areas of the home except for the following: Locked closet in the back queen bedroom and Locked overhead garage door, no parking vehicles in the garage and no tampering with garage door opener. Guests may access the garage through the house or side garage door only.

Host will be available via messenger from 7am-7pm, M-F. After hours, weekends and Holidays I will respond as soon as I am able to.

We rented this property for family to get together and cousins to have fun together and this was the perfect spot. There was plenty of space and a great outdoor pool area! We left an item behind and Andrea was so accommodating in getting it back to us. We had a great time!!

The house was perfect for us. My older Mom was able to enjoy her private bedroom and bath on one side of the house while the rest were on the other side basically separated by the kitchen - pool was absolutely in pristine condition and we had a blast the 4 days we were there. This home was a great fit for our family and met our needs very well. The location was excellent, and the kids especially loved the pool. The outdoor seating made it easy and comfortable to relax while keeping an eye on them, and having direct access to a bathroom from the pool area was a thoughtful and convenient feature for children.The house was larger than expected based on the photos, which was a pleasant surprise, and the neighborhood was wonderful for walks.There were a couple of cleanliness issues upon arrival. We noticed large streaks on the wall in the bunk room, and the dishwasher had a strong odor caused by food buildup in the filter. After cleaning it, the smell was resolved and everything worked well for the rest of our stay. Overall, the rental provided a very enjoyable and comfortable space for our family’s vacation.

Fun home for a family vacation

I would recommend this home for families with kids of all ages. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and in a great location near the gulf. The host definitely cares about the property and the guest experience. There were plenty of towels and other necessities. The heated pool was so nice to have for the whole family, the screened enclosure around the pool area was a huge bonus! The majority of the house was clean other than some dust under furniture that was noticed when looking to making sure we had all our belongings

Great Place to Stay!

Stayed for 2 weeks and my family and I had a great time. The layout of the home is great, can see the pool from almost all rooms! Clean and spacious for many guests. We loved the heated pool and pool area! Some recommendations would be a propane grill instead of charcoal, a few lounge chairs that lay flat to have by pool would be nice, and to upgrade the queen bed to a King, and the double bed to a Queen to make sleeping with more than 1 family a bit more comfortable. Maybe in future if garage remains locked, some bikes and/or games would be nice as well. Overall, the home, neighborhood and location were great, and the communication with the owner was very fast! We would definitely stay again!!!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at this property. Our host, Andrea, was attentive to our needs, responded promptly to our questions, and took care of minor issues immediately. We had a concern about the pool heater, and ten minutes later, the pool company was there. Andrea worked with our schedule to fix a minor issue with the washing machine that wasn’t even worrisome. We couldn’t have asked for a more engaged owner. The home is organized perfectly for families or two couples sharing a space, in that there are two separate wings with bedrooms/bath. There are even two separate living rooms with TVs. The common kitchen had everything we needed and ample storage. We especially appreciated that one of the bathrooms is accessible from the pool for when our grandkids visited to swim. We can wholeheartedly recommend this property for your family vacation, too.
