This a nice rustic cabin just east of Port Angeles. We stayed here as a stop over prior to a trip to Victoria on the Coho ferry. It is about a 15 minute drive from the terminal. The cabin is a downstairs of several units. It is quite attractive, with beautiful wood floors. The home was stocked with everything we needed. The home was clean, with a nice bed and bathroom. There is a delightful backyard with a view of the water, a steep bluff going down. There is a firepit, jacuzzi(we did not use this) and what appears to be an archery range. The only negative we found is we can hear the people walking around the unit above us. I hope this settles down before bedtime. Overall very happy with the place

The cabin was beautifully decorated and gave a great comfy feel. The layout was spacious and clean! We could hear the ocean from our room and the view outside was breathtaking. The fire pits and benches were a great addition. Thank you so much for having us!!

Such a cool location and the house spared no detail. Thoughtfulness abounded. Massage chair was a nice touch, and soaking tub amenities. The firepits and grassy area allowed for outdoor congregating. I did feel that the messages from the hosts felt a bit impersonal, and my final text to them with a loving suggestion went ignored. A bit more of a human touch would have been appreciated, but the property itself was lovely.

Overall stay was relaxing and peacefull, down sides were hot tub lid is water logged so extreamly heavy to remove and install. Front door didnt latch had to be locked or could be pushed open freely. Directions were slightly missleading along with what accommodation you were renting for the stay but overall loved the end result even with the few hicups

Unser Aufenthalt in der Cedar Lodge war das Highlight und zugleich der krƶnende Abschluss unserer Rundreise. Woodland Bluff ist eine phantastische und atemberaubende Unterkunft. Es gibt tatsƤchlich alles, was das Herz begehrt. Wir genossen die Lage im Wald auf der SteilkĆ¼ste mit Blick auf Vancouver Island, die Ruhe, den Hottub, den Massagesessel, die tolle Couch mit Liegefunktion, die allerbestens ausgestattete KĆ¼che, das traumhafte feste Kingbett und die gemĆ¼tliche und einladende AtmosphƤre der Wohnung. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefĆ¼hlt. Leider waren wir nur 2 NƤchte hier. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

A wonderful, enchanting twilight surprise

I don't think we realized all of the wonderful things this property had when we booked it. We either overlooked the details, or they wanted it to be a bit of a "surprise." First of all, the grounds are incredible, there are wild deer every morning and dusk, a BBQ on a beautiful patio and an amazing view over the water into the sunset off a steep cliff. Inside, you'll find a full body massage chair (WOW), an espresso maker (we are more pot of coffee people but it was still a cool touch), face and lip masks/q-tips/floss picks/etc., robes/slippers, and more. It was decorated beautifully and we loved our home base for Olympic park, Sequim, and the Victoria ferry. My only con - I believe it's 3 separate units in 1 cabin, so you can hear the other guests walking and talking, but it is an adult-only property and didn't end up bothering us as much as we thought it would. The other guests were perfectly fine. There are ear plugs incase needed. Another nice touch - phone chargers for all types of phones by the bed. Not to mention, tupperware for a our day trips, zip lock bags, and all the necessary dishware for drinks, etc. Kudos to the owners. A special experience.

STAY HERE! This place was absolutely incredible. When we arrived, our jaws hit the floor. What an amazing getaway location. The hosts decorated and stocked to perfection. I took multiple photos for inspiration for my own home once we return! We couldnā€™t have been happier and hope to stay with them again.

Woodland magic

Canā€™t get over how amazing woodland bluff is and will be thinking about it for ages. Everything is thought out inside, and no detail is missed. We stayed in the forest woodland suite which had amazing woodsy touches and felt like a magical wonderland. We even used the hot tub in the woods and got to watch the local deer snacking on the bushes! Fire pits were great for enjoying the sunset and making smores. Also, the most comfortable bed of my life. Honestly, we couldnā€™t have ever asked for more. Book it immediately!

They had a hard time checking me in so I unfortunately had a long wait, with mis-direction, in pouring rain. Once I got in, the accommodations were excellent. I did book a seaview unit and did not receive that. However the staff was attentive to my needs.

So much detail!!! Cant say enough about how nice this place was! Might be the cleanest place ive ever stayed! They have an activity area with safe axe throwing, fire pits with fire wood available, hot tubbing, and THE VIEW... so amazing!!! Fire pit area is right at the water but up on a hillside so you have that view!!! We absolutely recommend to all our friends!
