Two good things to say about outgoing management Aramark: goodbye and good riddance. Staff is friendly - but drastically overworked and underpaid. Hopefully new management can do better because Aramark set such a low bar.

This is the second time staying here, and I must say it was great second time around. The front desk clerk was so friendly. She was able to accommodate my request for the same room as my first stay. This is a great place to unwind and connect to nature.

Gorgeous location, but the room (bathroom) was dated with dripping faucet. The location and lodge dinning, fireplace etc far outweighs the rooms condition. I hope to return.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent experience at Lake Crescent Lodge on 11/1-11/3. I had a confirmed reservation; however, I was notified only on the afternoon of my scheduled arrival—via voicemail—that the lodge was overbooked and that no rooms would be available. By the time I arrived that evening, I was informed there were no accommodations left. This was extremely inconvenient and frustrating, as my vacation plans were completely disrupted. I was forced to find last-minute lodging in Port Angeles, approximately 35 minutes away, at a significantly higher rate than I had planned to pay at your lodge. This situation was both unexpected and unacceptable. As a guest who made a confirmed reservation in good faith, I should have received timely notification and assistance in securing comparable alternative accommodations.

The lodge was so atmospheric and had an amazing fireplace. The lake is beautiful even in the rain. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

So dirty. Sheets with mud in them, dust so thinnbyou could write in it. Pubic hair on shower walls, rusty heat register, mildew all over bathroom, lodge walls with food and coffee stains.

The location itself and lodge are stunning and I don’t know what all the cottages or other room types are liked but my negative feedback is about the Storm King rooms. Ours was pretty dirty, the shower was bring, the bedding and towels had visible dirt on them and looked crumpled as if they hadn’t been cleaned or changed before we checked in, there was no WiFi or tv, the locks felt insecure and outdated. The toilet was very small and low to the ground while the peephole was way too high. Everything in the room creaked, the mattress, the log chairs, the toilet seat. Lastly, the toilet paper roll holder was hanging on by a thread so the roll kept falling off. Overall, the room and experience staying in it was very uncomfortable and unpleasant. However, I would consider staying here again depending on what the other room types or cottages are like because the scenery is incredible, the lake is crystal clear and the main lodge is charming and cozy with tons of character.

The views are absolutely stunning, but unfortunately that’s the only positive thing I can say. Our cabin was dirty when we arrived — the shower hadn’t been cleaned, the sheets were used, and there were no towels at all. When we asked the host for clean sheets and towels, they simply handed them over without offering to make the bed or clean anything. We also had to wait over an hour past check-in time to even get access to the room. For the price they charge, this place feels like a complete tourist trap. The scenery doesn’t make up for the lack of cleanliness and poor service. Would not recommend unless they seriously improve their standards.
