Love the area and the views!

Dirty.

Liked the view. Refrigerator froze everything. Microwave worked (amazing!). Old building but kept-up okay. Hated the yucky smell of everything. Sheets visibly clean but stunk. No breakfast! Even though advertising said breakfast was available. For the price, over $100! during off season, one should receive breakfast - especially if advertised!! F- Received no answer to my complaint to the owners.

It has a lovely view of the Salish Sea. However it overlooks a main street and with no air conditioning you are not able to sleep comfortably with the windows closed. There was a floor fan in the room which did help move the air around. We will probably not book there again unless it is not during the summer.

Really enjoyed my stay as well as interacting with their welcoming, friendly staff.

Spacious room with a beautiful view.

Staff a bit unfriendly and not welcoming.

Small room, no AC especially how hot it was the first night we were there. The toilet took forever to flush, not many outlets & things didn’t stay plugged in. Location sucks when you have no vehicle & public transportation drops you off near the local grocery store so you have to walk up hill. Check was supposed to be at 3pm & with two reservations I was charged an extra almost $400. The hotel said they’d work with us outside of this app but charging an extra almost $400 is not working with us. Other than being able to keep us in the same room for two different reservations. For the size alone & no AC during the summer it’s definitely not worth it’s money. The only good about here was the fact the staff worked with us.

The room was great and it was clean. It is very close to the ocean and to restaurants. I would stay again.

No air conditioning, and curtains did not completely block out the light from the parking lot at night. And no breakfast the morning of our stay. Location for trip to National Park was very good.

They probably never needed AC before places started heating up but my room was so HOT. No AC but I never thought to look when I booked. Great location though.

The view of the Port was the best one could find. At night a lite up Port Angels is amazing

I selected and booked at this property (for a higher price point) because of the offering for breakfast included. This was of high importance because I was set to catch the ferry to Canada early in the morning. Upon my arrival I was informed that 'serving breakfast is not cost effective so there is none'. A bit of a surprise, that's for sure. It was very noisy all night long with coming and going foot traffic in the motel. The parking lot was unlit which felt unsafe as a solo-female traveller walking at dusk (not even late...6:00 pm). I would not book here again if given the opportunity, and had I not felt unsafe at the time, would have complained about the poor service right then and there. If I could convince RBC to refund my points, I would. This was NOT worth the 12,000 points redeemed.

We are very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your stay. We wish you would have voiced your concerns with the front desk staff, as we could have shown you a room that you might have been more happy with. We hope that if you come back to the area, that you give us a chance to change your mind about our Inn. We thank you for your feedback.

Thank you for staying with us. I am so sorry about breakfast. I thought we had it taken off of all online sites. I will be looking into this. October isn't quite our off season. However, the rates are lower than our peak summer rates. In the future, no matter what hotel you may stay at, please inform the staff of any concerns you have. If we had been told we may have been able to move you to another room. Once again we are terribly sorry your stay with us was less than stellar. We hope you can give us another chance if you are ever in the area again.

Thank you for staying with us. Most motels here in Port Angeles do not have A/C
