This home is accessible to wheelchair usage. Both bathrooms have grab bars, one is big enough for a person with a wheelchair. There are no steps to enter, and the concrete floors are easy to roll across.

There are four exterior security cameras installed on the premises. Please note that these cameras are strategically positioned to monitor the surrounding areas and enhance overall security. Here are their locations:



- Outside Storage Container: This camera is directed toward the house.

- Front Porch: It overlooks the driveway in front of the house.

- Sunroom Door: The camera faces the woods and driveway.

- Covered Patio with Grill: Positioned on the outside beam, it captures the view towards the driveway.



Rest assured that these cameras are solely for security purposes and do not intrude upon any private spaces within the interior of the property.



Important note before you book: Guests are required to complete the Check-In Form provided by Brigadoon Vacation Rentals as a mandatory step to finalize their reservation. To ensure a smooth check-in process, a valid government-issued photo ID must be attached to the form.

For longer stays between 21-28 nights, we'll set up a mid-stay cleaning free of charge, and an additional $260 non-refundable fee will be applied to cover up to $3,000 in damage insurance, ensuring peace of mind during your extended stay.
