This place is a joke. The sad part is I knew when booking that this place wasn’t going to be the best. It looked run down and out dated, but $50 nightly on a weekend for a last minute spur of the moment trip, I couldn’t beat that. Well I wish I would of looked else where and spent more! This place just made us completely uncomfortable and If you have a truck good luck parking. The front desk gentleman doesn’t speck English very well and is also living at the Motel. The cleaning lady looks likes she’s on meth and also chain smokes while cleaning rooms. It’s a non-smoking place but apparently only for guests. Also online and on site it says continental breakfast but this is a complete lie! Also we couldn’t even shower cause there’s no hot water, and honestly the shower area was just gross looking. I don’t understand how they are still open cause there’s definitely health code violations! We were gonna stay 3nights but had to leave and find somewhere else!

The worst facility in my experience as a frequent traveler! Dirty all around, stinky, dilapidated. Avoid at all cost!

As soon as we seen the rooms we got our money back & left! Even the worker said she didnt blame us & acted like that happens all the time. Filthy, holes in walls, meth heads sitting outside in front of rooms. Do not stay here!

Location is good but most bed sheets are dirty. When go in, make sure the bed sheet is clean

They were great about giving us a full refund when the room was seen and we decided it was not the place for us.- dirty linens piled on the bed and the curtain rod hanging from the wall. Each to their own but we decided to request a refund and go elsewhere. We do appreciate their willingness to have given us the refund

Room not really ready to be used. Big cabinet in middle of floor. No toilet paper

it was a terrible night in Holiday Lodge, gusts speaks aloud next door during my night sleep, but nobody was in charge

Checked in to first room (for which we got reservations from Orbitz), toilet did not work, window did not securely latch. Got shifted to another room, which was still undergoing cleaning at 4:30 PM. Finally got in, but no towels. Towels being washed; had to wait until evening for them. Went to get towels late in evening and clerk at desk was drunk. After showers in evening, bathroom light stopped working. Hotel in bad repair; very rough people staying there; police coming to nearby room late at night. Hotel advertises continental breakfast, but front office locked until about 9:00 AM. When we got in, no real breakfast had appeared. Cereal available but no milk. Coffee available. DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL. It is a zero-star place for full price, and it is not safe.

Although the bathroom was very clean, the carpet had a terrible smell that dominated the room. I don't expect luxury from a cheap hotel and so the rest of it didn't bother me. But I wouldn't walk barefoot on that carpet.

If you're squeamish and intimidated by a dose of reality then this might not be the motel for you. The room had a funk (stale cigarette smoke mixed with something else), it could have used a more thorough cleaning, and there were a number of guests in neighboring rooms whom seemed to be living at the motel &/or fallen on hard times. That being said, everybody there was friendly enough, the staff was responsive & helpful (thanks again Terry), & I felt completely safe the whole time I was there. To be fair, it seemed that Port Angeles as a whole had a number of struggling individuals who were roaming the streets at night, so I image that this is a bit of a city-wide issue. All that being said, there were no other options available on short notice, Holiday Lodge was there for us, & the price was very affordable for the region.

mold in the shower, shower door missing replaced with a curtain, no hangers in the closet, window drape was broken, no coffee in the room or in the office area till 8am at which time I was gone. Not a good experience.

Needed a place around Port Angeles to stay under $100.00

When I checked into the room it smelled like mold and a box fan was placed on the carpet and running. I started sneezing and was up all night with a runny nose. I had reserved for three nights but took the trash can full of used toilet paper that I needed for my sinus issues and cancelled the reservation. As a Safety and Health Professional I would not recommend this motel to anyone. It used to be called the Chinook and and was condemned by the city of Port Angeles. New owners changed the name and did some remodel. It is still a dump as far as I am concerned.

The front staff was literally the most unfriendly person I have encountered in the service industry! Room carpet was moist. The electric was odd. The microwave didn't work. The continental breakfast was non-existent! The only perk was the close proximity to the Olympic park entrance.

Saw a lot of negative reviews about this hotel before I decided to book it. It turned out to be better than I expected. There wasn't many online choices for this kind of budget hotels in Port Angeles during the peak season, at $75 it was not cheap as compared to the quality one gets but is OK for staying one night or two. There are similar motels on the same street available but didn't know their price and they are probably not bookable online.

We found the place with GPS in east end of Port Angeles. It has a big lot with entrance on far east end and an old camper trailer parked on the west side of lot. Homeless fellow got a room key from manager so he could use the shower in a room My friend and I paid for the 2 rooms, got the keys and checked them out and decided our wives wouldn't stay there. Very small rooms, smelled of smoke, dirty carpet and holes in the very worn bed spread. We were right, our wives turned it down flat! We returned to the office and received a refund from the manager. Credit card, of course! Went across the street and stayed at a Days Inn.

No, didn't feel safe. Musty old smell in room but unsafe to leave window open for fresh air as no bars on window. Owner lady grumpy. Her son a sweetheart and kind man. Had fridge and microwave but just yucky carpet...not worth $95 at all.

Old place, rooms not updated, musty smell. Didn't stay, got my money refunded
