Our room supposed to be ready by 3:00 but after checking in we had to wait 2 1/2 hours for our room to be cleaned. On top of that neither the pool nor the jacuzzi worked during our stay.

I got bed bug bites here!!! & the manager was extremely rude when I told her. Do not stay here. Not worth the convenience of location to olympic national park by any means.

good

The rooms are old, so some things were falling apart such as the shower handle came off. I had to pop it back in. Either the screw was loose after so many uses or its eroded. I like that they don't do daily cleaning as it is more eco friendly and helps lower spread of covid19.

Friendly staff relocated us due to a very noisy squealing AC unit. Didn't like location, as hotel as adjacent to two very busy streets. Very urban. No continental breakfast is served. The pool was shut down due to a leak. The place had tired and dated feel. The stairs and walkways were dirty.

No hot water for a shower

Property is rather dated. Room was clean and adequate. Nothing special.

Many places are short staffed with limited amenities at the moment. Here, it seemed to be at the extreme end of 'limited' even for a 2-star hotel. Over the week we were here, the pool and spa were closed (for maintenance), all 4 laundry machines were inoperable and unavailable, there was no breakfast (hot or cold), the coffee was old, the water stopped one day and there was no hot water on another day, and when checking in they couldn't find our reservation and sent us to the other side of town in error. Road noise was high. Cleaning staff was friendly. Parking is good. WiFi is very good. Elevator useful to carry bags to 3rd floor. All rooms outside entrance.

The rooms were clean with plenty of towels. It would have been nice to know that the rooms had no view since they looked out to the elevator and stairwell. That wasn't a problem for us since we only needed a place to lay our heads. Maybe that's why the rooms were much less expensive than other locations in town. The Internet went down both nights after 9pm. The second night we called the front desk but, they didn't know how to reset the router. We took that as an indication it was time to turn out the lights.

Overall decent property, but amenities like internet, pool, etc were not working.

A good enough stop for overnight and much less expensive than anything else shown on Orbitz

The hotel served its purpose for us as we just wanted to sleep in a bed after camping. However it was very old and out dated. There were holes in the bathroom doors and 2 huge squished spiders left on the walls. The ac unit had to be the original it was ancient. There were stains in the furniture, all in all just left not feeling be super clean. I didn’t want to use the shower.. I’d rather stay dirty one more day. I’m really hoping with the new owners they can update this hotel after the summer season. I love port Angeles and having more hotel options would be super!

The property was in a decent location. However, there was a ton of broken furniture and appliances in the room. The hot tub and pool were being "mainenanced" for "days" without anyone working on it. There was no continental breakfast as one review stated. Terribly overpriced.

Convenient to food and clean

The refrigerator had alot of leftovers in it. When i notified the front desk, the staff cleaned it out within minutes. I'm a travel RN, they also allowed me a late checkout as i was called in to work in the middle of the night on my 3rd shift. A no frills motel but the staff was very accommodating. Will probably stay there again, comfortable bed but the couch definitely needs to be replaced, or at least the cushions do, very worn out.

Property was very tired and worn. Furniture in the room was dirty and counters/dressers were worn. For $159 a night, think it should have been better.

Dirty, disgusting and Overpriced. Not located in a friendly area. The room was filthy. Fridge had brown slime all on the inside and microwave still had food. It left us with a disgusting feeling. It's a pandemic. Rooms should be extra cleaned. Would never stay here again.

Our immediate neighbors are up partying until the early hours of the morning and the hotel staff has been unable to do anything to quiet them down. Their solution at one point was to have us move rooms… like I want to pack up and move rooms after I’ve already tried to go to sleep for the night!! We have two rooms tonight; my elderly mother is in the room on the other side of these noisy neighbors. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel! Thoroughly disappointed!!
