For a four star hotel... the pool in particular was run down. There are traffic cones around the pool deck, spots where the tiles in the pool are chipped, and the handrail into the hot tub is wobbly.
On the bright side, the bed was super comfy, and I enjoyed doing the yoga on the beach that is included in the resort fee.

Great views, beautiful property, location is great for north shore activities. I found the service to be lacking vs other hotels at similar price points.

Amazing hotel almost like in White Lotus. We greatly enjoyed the lagoon. Hawaiian performances in the lobby throughout the day.
Poipu beach has many turtles at sun set.
