Since I have already booked this house for our fourth stay I can say it’s a lovely house with all the amenities we could want or need. It’s large enough for my nine family members plus dogs. It seemed like we were on a private beach with few people on it. I recommend staying here if you want first-class accommodations in South Ponte Vedra Beach. Judy Skjordahl

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and being just steps from the water made beach days effortless. The outdoor shower was especially convenient for rinsing off sandy kids before heading inside. The house was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including a grill, surfboards, beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels, and more. It made packing so much easier. The multi-level layout also gave everyone plenty of space to relax. The owner was wonderful to work with—communication was easy, and responses were always quick. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly beach getaway!

Very pet friendly — fenced in yard! I would give this 6 stars if I could. Wrap around porch meant we could enjoy the sun even on an extremely windy day. Great kitchen, well stocked with all the cookware you need.

This was the most magical beach stay! Super private beach and close to Saint Augustine for fun. My one year old son loved running around the top deck looking at the ocean and playing in the sand on the bottom floor. They have all the sand toys/chairs/surf boards. Super comfortable and great layout for 2/3 families to share.

Wonderful family vacation!

It felt like staying at your favorite aunt and uncle’s house! The accommodations were perfect for our group - three teens, five adults. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The fenced-in yard was enjoyed by our dog. Being less than 10 steps from the house to the beach was magical. And the beach was quiet and relaxing. We can’t wait to stay here again!
