Excellent location, excellent staff and good breakfast. Restaurant on site is excellent but popular so reserve ahead. Some sort of disco has opened next door, try to get a room away from that side or you will be hearing it until 2:30am even during the week. Spacious rooms reasonably priced with great location in city core. Some noise from bar next door 2 nights of 8 but muffled with closed windows. Included breakfast was predictable each day but was quite passable for a quick bite. Many restaurants within 5 minute walk including the dock.

Ideally located on pedestrian street, good sized room for a 2 star. The grab and go breakfast for early departures was great. They also booked my taxi for 4:45 am. Overall just a good deal.

The room was tiny, most of it occupied by a king bed. The ceiling in the washroom was wet and dripping. On the positive side, the room was clean and the breakfast was very good! The hotel is very close to the City Gates square and the harbor. AFAIK, there's no parking available at the hotel. All in all, a good short stay at a reasonable cost in Ponta Delgada's downtown.

Awesome stay

Great place to stay in a vibrant spot. Close to a lot of Cafes , restaurants, and a lot of things to do . Great Customer Service. Tasty breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice .Breakfast to go was made for me with juices and yogurt. Much appreciated! They made arrangements for my taxi transport to the airport . Awesome place to stay and very very quiet… slept well!!!
