Lovely big clean room stayed here a few times, however the breakfast experience this time around was awful. Food was so overcooked I couldn’t eat it, which is strange as you pre order breakfast the night before so you would hope it’s freshly cooked.

The room was quite well proportioned and despite being over the public bar was not noisy. Was close to the bus stop which saved us driving into Brighton and trying to find a park. Meals were good and breakfast very generous. Overall good value for money
