A 10+ YES!

Fantastic property and excellent communication with our host. We were on the top (3rd) floor and there are two other suites on other floors which are nearly finished being renovated. We saw the other two suites and they will be beautiful. All the extra touches were very much appreciated and we could not have felt more welcomed. Walking distance to the wharf with restaurants galore! Park across the street is calming and you're still only a block from a main drag. Quiet location despite proximately to everything. All furnishing are fantastic and kitchen is fully stocked for all basic needs. Highly recommend.

Perfect Central Location for Plymouth Getaway

We loved our stay at this wonderful apartment in Plymouth. The check-in information was very clear and the process was easy. The unit was very tastefully furnished and obviously had been updated sometime recently, and was perfect for our needs for a few days. The two bedrooms each with queen bed were quite spacious and the beds were comfortable. Even though the unit was close to the center of everything, it was not noisy at all, and there were wonderful room darkening shades great for sleeping. We had the chance to meet Bob and his adorable grandson, and he was helpful in providing area information and quickly answered any questions we had. Parking (on street) was easy and right out front of the unit. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Lovely little place, close to everything

Comfortable, clean, close to downtown. Only issues were small convection oven, no stove, and A/C only in two bedrooms, so it got warm during the day. Everything else was lovely and Bob was very communicative and helpful. Would stay here again.

September in Plymouth

What a brilliant holiday we had with so many memories to take away with us. Bob and Cheryl were the the perfect hosts and made everything from booking to checking in very easy. The accommodation was spacious and clean and a great location for exploring Plymouth, a place we fell in love with. Having a car meant we were able to explore the area fully and found so much to do.

We stayed for the month of April and really enjoyed this property. The location is great, convenient to everything. The unit is very clean, nicely decorated, very spacious, and has everything that we needed . The owners are very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved Plymouth and the apartment was well located for walking and exploring downtown and the wharf. Love the history and variety of establishments in town. The 3rd floor was a challenge (because we are 70 & 80) but we knew what we were getting into so no complaints. There was plenty of space for the 2 of us, good wi-fi and cable TV. Very comfortable bed (we only used one) with down comforter that was appreciated since we were there at a chilly time of year and do not like having much heat on at night. I loved the age of the house as it reminded me, nostalgically, of other places we had lived in the Boston area. It is nicely updated with a modern bath and great shower, great little galley kitchen off the dining area.The only thing I missed was a stove! We would go love to back again.

SO GOOD!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. It is sooooo adorable, the photos don’t even do it justice. Bob was super accommodating for us when we wanted to check in early after our brutal red eye from the west coast. The bedrooms are both great sizes and while we only used one, the bed was super comfy, I felt like I was at home in my own bed and slept so well. We chose the smaller (and it’s not small at all) of the two because it got super dark for our post flight naps. The ac units in each room keep it nice and cool too. Everything you could need is in the kitchen. The shower is huge with great water pressure. Plymouth is basically home for my husband and although we could stay with family, we like to have our own place to get away to at the end of the day. This was perfect! We always were able to get parking right up front even late at night. Def on the top of our list for when we come back to visit. Thank you!!

Lovely stay in Plymouth Mass.

We stayed for four days and nights and the apartment had everything we needed. It was very hot when we were in Plymouth and the air conditioners worked great. The main bedroom was large, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked with towels, and there was shampoo and conditioner if you forgot them. The shower is large and lots of hot water. We would recommend this apartment for couples and families with 1-2 children. Stores and restaurants are very close that you can walk to them. Can't wait to go back for another visit to Plymouth.

Very nice 3rd floor apartment.

Set in an antique colonial across from a Plymouth park. Walking distance to great sites in town and a short drive to the outer Atlantic public beaches. Parking was never a problem, the place is very clean and we'll furnished.

Really nice place

We stayed 9 days at Bob’s unit. The apartment is a nice size. Close to many activities. I walked to Water St and downtown. Never had problems parking rental car right in front of building on the street. The unit was very clean and super quiet. Beds in both bedrooms are quite comfortable. The owner supplies coffee, cream and sugar, many nice towels, hair dryer, etc. Plenty of kitchen dishes and cooking equipment. No toiletries. This is a third floor apt, so be aware you will be carrying bags upstairs. It was not an issue for us and we are in our 60s. Bob is very responsive. We liked it so much there and in Plymouth we stayed two extra nights. We would rent this unit again.

Overall very satisfactory. Bedrooms good size and spacious sitting area to relax in. It's within walking distance of the harbor where there are plenty of restaurants and things to do + see. Host very obliging - and just a text or call away.

Great value, comfortable, super location as a base to explore the south shore of Massachusetts. Perfect for a couple or 2 couples who want more space and flexibility than a hotel. Quiet street with ample parking.
