We were very happy with the condo we stayed in. It was extremely clean, well equipped, and spacious. Having washer and dryer onsite came in handy. The property itself was very nice as well, clean and clearly well maintained. The view from the room was great, and the close proximity to shops and restaurants made it easy to enjoy the area. Would definitely return in the future for another stay when we are in town.

The only issue thst became an inconvenience is the elevator did not work the day we arrived or let and I had a stroller with a baby, which was a bit difficult when carrying suitcases. Nice condo in upscale condition. Walkable to bars and restaurants and situated close to Mayflower and Plymouth Rock. Beautiful surmises over the ocean and one can observe the lively harbor right from the condo balcony. Had some issues with the electronic door entry but the call center was quick to respond.

Things needed in the apartment

Was very good. Only complaint was that we did not have kuerig teas and creamers like all of the other rooms. Plus the apartment needs a mirror in the bedroom. Only mirror in the place is in the bathroom. Very tough getting ready.

Condo was nice and location is wonderful! However upon arrival we had no AC and it was 87 inside. We contacted the person provided, he said flip breaker. We did and didn’t work. We Didn’t hear anything back so my husband called - got hung up and then the guy wouldn’t answer. He left a VM and the guys texted him back cussing at him and being threatening! Eventually he changed us into another condo but it was much smaller (two beds less so 4 of us were on the floor!) we stayed because at least it had AC and it had gotten late. I had a screaming 1 year old and 4 year old who were exhausted. The condo and location were great but we will never stay there again due to how unprofessional and rude they were.

Make sure you get an access code! There is no reception or person on-site when you arrive. I booked a week in advance on Expedia and did not read my check-in instructions - when I arrived, I couldn't access the room because you have to receive an email 24hrs in advance with a code, which I never received. I called the property, texted, and messaged on Expedia but never heard back. I had to rebook last minute at a nearby hotel which was unfortunate. Be mindful of that when booking and consider another avenue aside from Expedia to ensure that you get the code.

Great spot and great space!

Perfect location with great space for us to spread out and catch up on travel laundry. Only downside was there aren’t blackout curtains and when the sun comes up at 4:15am, it’s pretty brutal for wake-up.
