While I appreciated many aspects of the property, I found the decision to lock the air conditioning at 68° a bit puzzling. The room and bathroom were quite spacious, which was a positive feature. However, I did notice that the showerhead did not provide a very thorough experience. Although we had access to hot water, it wasn’t necessary to adjust with cold to achieve comfort. Overall, there are both excellent qualities and a few areas for improvement in the property. It is well-maintained, very clean, and organized, which I truly commend,

My only complaint is they need security patrol through hallways at night. Stayed 2 nights and both nights had issues with extremely noisy people after 11pm. Room was nice however not properly stocked for cups and k cups for coffee.

Good room. Plumbing needs work.

Liked the room overall. The shower was cold and offered no hot water at all. My girlfriend and I had a hard time trying to take a hot shower.

The hotel clean, nice and new. Bed was very comfortable, nice linens. Had breakfast and food was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Only complaint was it is not soundproof. Every tiny sound from the bathroom carried into the bedroom. Also I was woken up by the sound of someone walking one floor up- like in old house when the floor boards creak, but super loud.

Room was too hot, cannot adjust thermostat below 68, AC doesn"t keep up with temp. All ice machines out of order. Laundry facilities also out of order sign says to see desk for assistance and all they do is tell you it's broken. In 5 days housekeeping never swept or vacuumed. Fairly new hotel has many bugs to work out. Staff was nice.
