carpeting looks good, but sticky and would turn the soles of your feet black! is this a laquinta thing as was the same at the dallas location on central expressway! even the bottom of my sandals are still sticky and my feet transferred the black to the to the leather insoles of my sandals! time for new sandals!

Disappointed because the pool is not open and the online says there’s a pool and hot tub. They said it was close for painting the ceiling. You should know that first that’s why I booked that place.

My overall experience was good but the only request I had when I made the reservation was to be on the 1st floor away from the elevator.I fully understand not being able to be placed on the 1st floor but I felt intentionally ridiculed when I was put in the DIRECTLY in front of the elevator on the 2nd floor.

The staff were all outstanding, friendly and helpful. A shout out to the housekeeping staff who found my rings. I got a call from the hotel that my rings were found before i noticed I forgot them.

There was a stranger in my room!

I recently Booked a room at La Quinta Inn in Floresville, Texas, and unfortunately, my experience was less than ideal. Upon arrival, the front desk attendant quickly provided me with my room key, which seemed like a smooth check-in process. However, when I arrived at the room and inserted the key, I was shocked to find that the room was already occupied by another guest! This was not only an embarrassing situation but also a major security concern. I immediately returned to the front desk to report the issue, and while the staff apologized. There were no other room available, so I had to scramble to find another hotel at the last minute. The mistake left me feeling uneasy about the hotel's organization and security measures. Aside from this major mishap, the manager Rebecca did not seem to be concerned with the guest. I asked for a refund. She told me to call Hotels.com My card has already been charge by La Quinta not Hotels.com. Which is why I ask her to refund my fees. I will not be staying at any La Quinta.
