The property, itself was beautiful. The rooms are incredibly clean and the housekeeping staff is top notch. However, I am still waiting for a dispute to be settled as I booked my trip and paid through Orbitz, the hotel then charged the card I left on file for "incidentals" a day after I left, for the full amount of the stay. I contacted the property several times and the manager would never return my phone calls. I even checked out in-person to be sure that my card would not be charged. I stood in front of the desk clerk as she spoke to her manager on the phone and I was ASSURED there would be no charge to my card. I recommend this property, but be careful about how you pay!! And if you need to speak with the manager, be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait.
I liked that it was clean , staff was great and great prices. The only thing the pool was a bit dirty othr than that we loved it!
I travel to Pleasanton often for work and have tried just about every hotel in the area. This is the best one- hands down. The staff is so professional and courteous. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable, location is good. I'll be back for sure.
