Room needed repairs and walls are very thin! You could hear everything outside the room waking us up in the middle of the night. Bathroom fixtures need to be replace as toilet seat was broke and corrosion on a lot of things in the room. We were out in the 3rd floor and the elevation didn’t work and we were not offered any kind of discount considering we paid double the normal rate due to holiday weekend! We will never be back or stay at Holiday Inn again as this seems to be norm with our Holiday Inn stays in the past too.

With Expedia.com confirmation in hand, when we arrived at the hotel, we were told our rooms were not available and no other rooms were available so we had to find another hotel. We were told that confirmation we had does not mean anything as the hotel deleted our reservations and gave them to someone else. This is the first time with confirmation in hand, we were denied our reserved rooms. This is the first time we booked at this location and obviously the last time.

Friends Weekend

We were in Floresville for the weekend for a memorial and visiting with family friends. The stay and the friendliness was outstanding and we will stay there again. The only thing I wish for next time was the shower pressure, but everything else was great!

Good but poor security response

Friendly and welcoming. I reported to front office that three men were trying to open our room door, front office response was poor. Front office said that probably they were looking for someone and just got into the wrong room, but those gentlemen still sat for about ten minutes in the hall speaking a foreign language. The following day we notice that our room door did not close at all. I became very concerned after that.

The property was under some sort of construction. Loud noise began early in the morning as they worked on the concrete pretty much outside our window. Also we were notified at the time of check in that the pool was closed which was the primary reason for booking as we were traveling from out of town and didn’t have plans other than to swim. When we complained they said the we’re trying to get it working and would let us know, it was repaired the following day but we already booked another location by then.
