"This property is very well taking care of, the furnishings are very confortable and full of little details that made you fill special and welcome. The apartment was spotless clean and fully appliances provided. The views from the apartment are amazing, specially the sunsets, is difficult to describe the colors of the Sun disappearing over the waters of the Gulf. The views are unobstructed as the property seats in front of the beach. Is a perfect place to relax and let it go. There is no parties or traffic noises which lends to a very peaceful night sleep. The only noice is the one caused by waves of the sea against the white sands of the shores. This is a place to fully enjoy your vacation with a lot peace and confort. Restaurants and grocery shopping are all near by, making the location a very handy one. To finish this note if you wanted a vacation to relax and enjoy life without stress or rushing this is the place to do so. In the other hand if you are looking for adrenaline rushing and great adventure this maybe not. I will be back hopefully wit the blessing of this welcoming and thoughtful owners."

Happy Hour Cottage on Sunset Beach Treasure Island, FL. Steps from the Beach!!

"The cottage is just what you would see in the old St. Pete Beach area. The house is clean, and the backyard is great for relaxing after a day at the beach. It was great to sit in the backyard without worrying about the Florida bugs. No mosquitoes here. YEAH! The one issue that we had was with the AC. It is understandable that items break without warning, but it is how the host rectifies the issue. All I received was that the AC guy would either be there that night or in the morning. No confirmation on either and no further communication. We were leaving the next day. Luckily, there were fans in each room that worked, and the night was not too warm. By morning, the house was a lovely 80 degrees. It would be good to inform the guests about what is going on if the AC company is not coming that day. Also, as someone from the St. Pete area, there are many AC companies available and should be available in case of an issue. Hope they have the AC working and a person available when it stops."

"Place was very nice and clean. Host responded quickly to my text and phone call. Great location to the beach. Directions not very clear. We didn’t know which unit was our rental. Never recd email from vrbo re: checking in. Never found the bikes to ride. Overall would come back. Thank you"
