I paid for the room until 11am, there was a employee that unlocked my door and walked in at 9:38 am. I told the front desk and they played it off like it was no big deal. They are very unprofessional and sneaky. I recommend no one stay This place. Your not safe there.

The room was advertised that it would have a queen size bed, and we got a full-size bed. The attendant told us that they did not have any other beds sizesThe room was smaller than expected. Also, could smell marijuana.

This little hotel was cute on the outside and decent on the inside. The rooms were clean. We had to pick somewhere quick and cheap as the hotel we had already chosen had no hot water and it was a nice safe replacement. It was quiet and calm in there.

Unexpected bad experience.

I have had a decent experience in the past. This time I reserved a double queen room. When I checked in they said no other rooms were available. I got a king with a pullout. This was not sufficient as we had 2 adults over 50 and one elderly adult age 80. The room was clearly not ready for guests. There was a treadmill in the room blocking one side of bed and some of the wall art was off the wall and on the floor. When we pulled out the sleeper sofa the mattress was clearly soiled in multiple spots. We asked for extra pillows and blankets and sheets. No pillows were a an available. We put the sheets over the soiled mattress and made the best of it as we had an early morning flight. Don’t know if we would stay here again.

The lobby smelled like smoke. The breakfast area was too small. 2 people were yelling and arguing at 2:30 am. I had to call the front desk. I guess they addresssed it, it eventually stopped. It was kind of clean. Overall I would not stay there again.

The next-door neighbor was noisy all through the night and it became quiet only after 4 AM. I had a 6-month-old and we found it very difficult to sleep. Also the place is definitely not a No Smoking hotel, the hallway smelled Smoking all everywhere all time
