Comfortable private unit with hot tub and free parking

Relax in the hot tub with your friends and family at this peaceful place. Green sharable fenced backyard and hot tub. Free parking space for 1 car on the driveway and 5 on the free street parking spaces. Maximum 4 people allowed plus 1 child with additional bed by the request. Our guest unit is a part of the big house on the basement level, but with private entrance which included private bedroom, bathroom, laundry room and a kitchen with all appliances. In-unit heating and cooling system with remote control. Enjoy also outdoor fire pit, grill and amazing relaxing hot tube. New comfortable memory foam mattress, 52" TV with regular channels, Roku, Netflix, games, good signal of internet and computer table (perfect for remote working). Also we can provide additional bed, car seat, stroller, high chair for babies or toddler by the request.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with Netflix. The memory foam bed provides a full night's sleep and the bathroom offers hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a fenced private yard.

Came in December and didn't use any of the pool/hot tub, but really appreciated the location and convenience of this property. Host was always quick to respond. Very easy access with excellent pictures and information ahead of time to ensure clear understanding of what to expect and where to go. Did not have any issues during my stay and was perfect for working remotely for part of my stay. Would definitely recommend this place, especially for a longer stay. Will look here next time I'm in the area!

We had a wonderful weekend at Inna’s lovely apartment! It is spotless and has everything someone could want for a short weekend or an extended stay.
