We loved this hotel!! From the second we walked in, staff greeted us friendly and answered all our questions. The room was so clean and the whole hotel had such a nice scent. Everything was clean!!

Overall very nice hotel with friendly staff and good amenities that you expect from a Hampton Inn. Only issue were the pillows on the bed all but go flat as soon as you lay down. Very little support to be had from them and it caused me to sleep poorly. Outside of that the stay was excellent on every other front.

The staff was very friendly, however, the bathroom was very dirty. There was poop in the toilet, hair all over the shower and a questionable stain on the trash can in the bathroom. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and there was a loud banging noise all night long.

Mostly very good

Rooms were nice. The fitness center is excellent--lots of equipment and lots of room. Pool looked nice but didn't have time to use it. Good breakfast. There was a weird metallic rumble coming through the vents in the bathroom. It became the white noise for our stay.

Overall it was decent, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good with a lot of selection and was fresh. The hotel and parking felt safe. Nice neighborhood with many stores and restaurants nearby. Two things fell short, the first being the beds, the mattresses were quite lumpy, hard and uncomfortable- after 3 nights I have a tremendous backache. The other incident which was taken care of was the first room had a broken cable to the TV so no TV the night we checked in, we had to be out the next morning so it wasn’t until late afternoon that we addressed it and they had no maintenance person on duty to take care of it so we had to pack everything up and change rooms. Second room had a working TV but sadly the same rough mattress! For the price it was good, not sure I would pick it again all because of the mattresses!

Food was mediocre which i would categorize are mid to lower level hotel food, powered eggs, luck warm, sides, not much selection. Room was clean but noisily and articals like toilet paper required having to get more from the front desk.

The room was nice and the hotel is brand new and modern. I think the shower could have been a little cleaner and I would’ve liked the room serviced daily. However, overall a nice stay and the breakfast was good and had a nice variety!
