Dollywood more than lived up to our expectations for a romantic getaway. We love the Smokies and this gem captures the majesty of the mountains along with the comforts of home and a bunch of little Dolly touches that add to the experience. Quality across the board with engaging staff. 5 stars.
We had a great stay at Dream More. Amy, one of the trolley drivers provided great customer service and was a Dollywood advocate through and through. Only one grumpy/not very friendly barista at Dream More. She was not rude, just didn’t seem glad to be there. That was a stand out as everyone else was great. The pool has a slick spot in the zero entry area and I fell pretty hard. Was thankful I did was not carrying my grand daughter! All in all a great stay…room was good grounds and amenities very good. Will be back!

The property was beautiful but food very high priced. The room was no better than a Hampton
I would like to see other dinner choices other than buffet. A nice steak house be nice. The staff is e exceptional. Poolside service needs to include placing orders and delivering orders. You only deliver. We are vacation and want to be pampered a bit.
We loved the resort grounds and staff, very clean and inviting atmosphere. Very disappointed in the staff/food at the Song and Hearth restaurant on property, had heard great thing about it but the worst service/food we had on our entire trip. The bed was very firm but did not bother our backs surprisingly.
