Our room had not been cleaned properly. The bathroom floor was dirty as was the side table between the beds. When we checked out, we had a hard time getting the desk clerk to give us a copy of our charges. Such a HUGE contrast from our experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Canton, GA the night before. Canton was 5* all the way!

The place was pretty dirty (mostly floors). They did not have daily cleaning service, nor did they tell us they wouldn’t. Will be looking for a nicer hotel next visit.
