In reality the only reason this is 4 star review and not 5 is because during my stay I experienced somethings that caused me to leave a full day early and driving 9hrs through the night. Front desk staff was very kind, understanding and embarrassed. I was assured I would receive a call from the GM. That was exactly a week ago and still no call.

something went downhill.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. this time there were several things which surprised me. Black mold in the shower, no housekeeping services during our 2-night stay. our toilet was stopped up and the front desk said no one was there to tend to it. We had to get a plunger and do it ourselves.
