Adorable 3 bedroom attached cottage in quiet spot.

Cozy cottage among the best of Picayune. Renovated but with unique character/local flavor. Amenities to live, work or commute. Near I-59, getting around is a breeze. Cafes, dining, grocery, downtown shopping district and hospital nearby. We are centrally located within an hours drive from New Orleans, Mississippi beaches and casinos, and Hattiesburg.

Our home is part of a duplex. We are on the right side. The home is completely private with its own driveway, entrances, and back yard. We have a long paved driveway that can accommodate up to 4 cars or a truck with a trailer.

The Space: The main floor has a kitchen, dinning room, livingroom, laundry room, master bedroom with attached bathroom, hall bathroom, and bedroom 2. Upstairs is the secluded loft with bedroom 3.

We are kid friendly. We have plastic dishware, safety gate for stairs, highchair, and pack n' play with bassinet/ changing table accessories.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

We stayed 2-nights in this cute home. VRBO didn't send us check in directions, but Justin was quick to respond and sent us the needed info right away. Our two teenage kids loved having their own rooms on vacation. The road alongside this home can be a little busy/loud but otherwise it was nice and cozy!

We stayed here 2 years ago when visiting family in Picayune … enjoyed it so much we booked again when a new baby was born. For an older unit it is kept very clean and nicely appointed - it is literally 2 minutes from my brother so is a perfect option for a trip from Wisconsin!!

We were passing through the area during spring break. There were 5 of us in our party which would have required two hotel rooms. That would have been a chunk of our spring break budget right there. I decided to check out vrbo, and I am so glad I did. The cottage was a perfect place for us all to stay, and was far superior than any hotel would have been. Everything was on point. It was clean, easy to get to, plenty of room. While it may be an older home, it Is on good condition and met our needs perfectly. I would not hesitate to stay there again!

This is our second stay here. Nice house in a quiet neighborhood, close to I-59. We had everything we needed. Our only complaint is that the stairs to the loft bedroom are at very irregular heights, which makes them difficult to navigate, especially at night.

The property was clean and comfortable. It was convenient to gas, grocery stores and pharmacy. Comfortable beds and good kitchen facilities as well as bathroom facilities. Good tv. Two bedrooms downstairs were great. For older people I would be concerned about the upstairs room because of the stairs. Other than that would definitely stay again.

Exactly what we needed.

We find VRBO’s like this one to be much more comfortable for a family than a hotel room. Everything was clean and comfortable. The yard could use some TLC, but the owner did say they were working on it. We were very happy with our stay and will make it our go to place when visiting our daughter who lives in Picayune.
