Stayed here several times in the past. Not bad overall.Last stay we were put upstairs in spite of a mostly vacant 1st floor. No big deal but why? No elevator so if your traveling with more than a few bags its a bit inconvenient.

They certainly tightened every where they could. Breakfast ok. No sausage or bacon. I guess if cost too much. The lady at the counter was OUTSTANDING.

Untrusting management

Front desk clerk demanded $50 deposit for night in cash only. Would not accept card. Room was in poor condition - security latch was snapped off, paint chipped. Upon checkout, front desk clerk refused to return deposit until after he performed a walkthrough of the room.

Excellent service and the manager working the day provided an earlier check-in than normall. very considerate since i was driving from atlanta & needed rest before heading over to new orleans for the super events that weekend.

The associate asked for a $50 cash deposit because I prepaid my reservation. Ridiculous! The room smelled stale and moldy and the shower rod was broken which did not allow the curtain to close properly

Required $50 cash (refundable after checkout) as a damages deposit. Only accepted cash (but there is an ATM in the lobby) so be prepared! Otherwise a nice and quiet stay!

Liked that no smoking or vaping allowed. Manager present kept properly up. Quiet residential area near bay. No ketchup or pepper at breakfast. Sprite came out of coke machine when I pressed for Diet Coke. Still well run and would recommend.

I never stayed booked the wrong hotel and management refuse to give refund. I booked about 11pm within 5 mins I realized it was in a different city in which I was trying to stay. Overnight person said I would get a free cancellation waiver. Next morning the general manager denied it and told me that’s my business I picked the wrong place.
