BEWARE OF SCAMS! This property is in absolute disrepair. Rooms are dated and dirty. As other reviewers observed, they advertise airport shuttle, but don't offer the service! After checking in, I only stayed just a few hours in the hotel before headed to PHX airport to catch my flight (paying a $28 Uber ride). I prepaid the stay through Orbitz, and the hotel charged me $183 with no explanation, 5 days after the stay. I've tried to talk to the property a dozen times. Every time I explained the reason for my call, they would put me "on hold", and the call would mysteriously disconnect. One of the times they told me to send an email to an address that doesn't exist, returning an error message. Now I'm having to jump through hoops to dispute the charge with the credit card company. This business seems desperately cash-strapped, and they will try to get your money with scams!!!

Do not stay here! The property needs updated especially with a 'Wydham' brand. My room was decent but everything needs updated! The lobby and pool area did not look clean. The only restaurant on-site had limited service! I prepaid for my hotel stay with Orbitz and was disappointed to see my credit card was charged 2x! Very unprofessional.

The room was nice and bed was very comfortable. The area around and behind the toilet was in need of cleaning and some other neglected maintenance. the common areas like hallways to the room are dated but the rooms themselves are comparable to several more expensive hotels I have stayed in the same area.

The person was not at the front desk when we arrived and it took over 15 minutes just to check in. I even tried calling and no one answered so we had to stand around until they reappeared. The hallways and elevator smelled strongly of smoke, but thankfully the bedroom did not. The bed is super soft and not the most comfortable. The room was clean and fine for a night, but I would overall not stay here again.
