We had a super time at this estate. We were a large group - 16 - but the home accommodated us well. Very clean and comfortable. Pool and other fun things were great.

3 generations

Ages 2-80. Our contact with the property was fast and easy. The house was wonderful for our family of 19. We used the pool for hours. Had dinners every evening at the house. A huge amount of cooking utensils and table settings. Beds were super comfortable and living quarters were kept cool with air conditioning. Even though the temperature was over 110, the misters kept the outside welcoming. They even have misters out by the pool. Lots of parking, and house big enough to spread out. We spent 5 days here and enjoyed every one of them.

NY Jets annual trip

House is better than advertised and their online photos do it no justice. Super clean, tons of hang out space, no shortage of household appliances and a backyard to die for. MANAGEMENT was super attentive. We will return.

Excellent for a golf trip

We spent four nights here and it exceeded our expectations. Beds were all very comfortable. The check-in process and communication was flawless. The cleanliness and maintenance were both in excess of expectations.

Annual Getaway Trip

The pictures of the property do not do justice just to how great this property really is. The property had everything we needed to cook our entire stay there and the ease to operate the AV equipment, hot tub, water slide, outdoor lights, etc.

Such a great property

We enjoyed our stay. The house was great for a big group and had a very nice pool, plenty of lounging spaces, and in a quiet area of town. Great landscaping — overall we loved our experience.

Perfect 4th of July Getaway

118 degrees outside, but that couldn’t keep us out of the pool! We had a blast in every way! 4 families coming together to celebrate Independence Day, and we couldn’t ask for anything more. The listing was accurate, the amenities were plentiful, and communication was top notch. Thank you House and Home!

Easter break

Property managers were very responsive during stay. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Bed mattresses soft but showing age. Beautiful home and property but it is showing its age and needs some maintenance.

Great Resort Style Home

The pictures do not deceive! The backyard felt like a resort. It was unusually cold and rained every day the week we were there so we didn't get to use it as much as we had hoped but it was amazing. We had a few minor issues that they resolved very quickly and were very attentive to us during our whole stay. We had 5 families staying together and there was room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves.

Senior Trip/Spring Break

Four families converged for a week of celebrating our sons that will graduate in June. As a party of 16, this home was all that we could have asked for. Everyone had their own space, the kitchen and living areas allowed for family time, and the outdoor amenities were just what we wanted. We grilled out, lounged by the pool, enjoyed a bonfire, and even hit some spring training baseball. Look no further for a property that will fit the needs of a large group of varying age ranges. This home does not disappoint and the property manager was very attentive to making sure we had the best trip ever!

Christmas 2023

We stayed at this home over Christmas. We had a lot of issues with the pool, we had 3 visits from the pool maintenance team. The house manager was very very responsive to all our questions, and the pool team was awesome!!! Unfortunately, it wasn't until the last day of our 5 night stay that we had a heated pool. Also, make sure to ask before you stay if the fire pit is operational. Our first day we stayed it was a "high pollution day" and burning was not allowed. Then We were told we could not use it because it violated the fire code. Our kids were looking forward to s'mores. Keep in mind that check out is 10am, and if you would like a later check out time, like noon, request it when you book because they will not allow the noon check our time if there is another party booked and it costs extra $$$. Overall, the beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean and all the appliances worked well. The pickle ball was a lot of fun and the mini putting course was very small. The yard is a lot smaller than the pictures make it appear. With what we paid, we were hoping we would have had a fully heated pool and an operational fire pit. We had 20 family members and everyone was very comfortable and overall our experience was good, but just wanted to pint out a few things for the next guests that would like to book this home

Not worth the money

Upon arriving we were told check in was at 4:00 pm. However we weren’t able to check in till 4:45 pm. The house was not clean as it should have been. All hung towels were damp. We found cigarette buds,broken glass and left over drugs on the outside deck. After informing the property manager after the first day that the pool was very cold and it was not heating up, he told us on our fourth day that we couldn’t heat the hot tub and pool at the same time😩. We finally were able to warm up the pool on our fifth day, leaving us two days left to enjoy it. So disappointing. We also were told that an electrician would come by and fix the outside lights around the yard since they were not working and no one ever came during our 7 day stay. Also the Cabana fire place was not working and were also told that someone would come fix it and that never happened. The theater room or casita were missing TV remote controls and no one came to bring replacements until the third day there. I have to say that for the money this place is not worth it. We expected it to be clean and ready for us to enjoy it for 7 days with our family. Very disappointed and will never stay here again

Golf Trip

We do a yearly Golf trip to Scottsdale and we chose this house/location due to the proximity to Grayhawk and Troon North. We have 8 guys, each wanting their own room and this was house was perfect with 9 Bedrooms, 6 king beds and 2 Queens which was ideal. Spent most afternoons back at the house enjoying the Pool/hottub, playing cornhole, and shooting pool. Definitely a great house for those North Scottsdale Golf Trips.
