PRIVATE POOL resort style with a tennis, pickle ball, and basketball court. Horse shoe pit with bocce ball. This property is unique. Included is an entertainment area with an outdoor Viking kitchen. In addition, we have beach cruiser bikes and a tandem bike for your enjoyment. Outdoor setting for plenty of guests and an outdoor table fireplace on guest patio.

Magnificent private property located in North Scottsdale. 1.2 acres of a perfect private getaway.
Excellent freeway access, nightlife, and shopping are all very close by including Kierland Commons and Scottdale Quarter. Guests have access to a PRIVATE 45-foot pool as well as a LIGHTED BASKETBALL COURT, LIGHTED PICKLEBALL, AND TENNIS COURT. INCLUDES THE SPORTS BALLS ETC. Outdoor custom Viking kitchen, grill, and refrigerator, for your enjoyment. A laundry facility is available upon request. The unit also offers a fully loaded kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and the studio-style casita is professionally decorated. Meticulously maintained and fully cleaned and disinfected between guests. If needed for an additional small fee there is a tiny house that sleeps one.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony or patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace. Housekeeping is available on request.

We spent seven nights at this unique property. The casita and pool area were just as described and depicted in the photos. The casita had everything we needed including a very comfortable bed. The pool area couldn’t have been more perfect with gorgeous surroundings, many comfortable options for sitting in the sun or shade, an outdoor kitchen that was perfect for grilling and spending time with our local family, and a lighted pickleball court for a little exercise. The grounds are beautiful with orange, lemon, and grapefruit trees and the area is very quiet and peaceful during the day and at night. Our hosts, Susan and Gary, couldn’t have been more kind or accommodating. Thank you both! We truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

The red rooster Inn was a nice change from the hotels we usually stay in. The unit is clean and cozy perfect for the 2 of us. Susan the host was amazing and we enjoyed talking with her. This was our first time sharing a property which was overall a good experience.

Dream Stay

My daughter and I took an impromptu mother/daughter getaway to Scottsdale. We found this listing and worried that it sounded too good to be true.... it was exactly as listed and more. The property smelled of bougainvillea and orange blossoms. It was truly a quiet oasis. The chickens and the rooster added to the charm. Susan, the host, is a generous, funny, engaging and entertaining woman who embraced us and enhanced our stay beyond our expectations. The casita is perfect. Having the tennis/pickleball court and the gorgeous pool at our fingertips added so much to our experience that we rarely left the property! It was a perfect and relaxing getaway.

A private oasis!

Wow...what a wonderful oasis in the middle of a lovely and conventional Scottsdale neighborhood. The "Red Rooster Inn" (with a separate entrance) is a private studio perfectly appointed with everything needed on a large property. The very quiet location is minutes from the heart of Scottsdale shopping and dinging. Susan, the owner, is the perfect host. So welcoming, the perfect amount of communication and wants you to have use of the wonderful pool, outdoor kitchen and grounds all to yourself. I felt like I was in my own personal resort (without someone bringing me drinks by the pool). Susan provides many extra touches that makes you feel like an extra special guest. I know I have found my go to place to stay for my future visits to Scottsdale.

Beautiful Oasis

The red rooster Inn was the perfect retreat for the two of us to have our vacation in Scottsdale. The unit is not huge, but perfect for two people with resort like amenities throughout the property. The host was amazing and we loved the fresh eggs and the fresh oranges picked from the tree for our daily morning breakfast. The location was also very convenient. Phoenix Open Experience

To Infinity and Beyond…. Is the best way to describe our host Susan. She was very informative and in fact went beyond infinity to ensure we were satisfied. The pictures of this property do not even come close to the real thing. Our Casita was awesome and had everything you could possibly want or need. Red Rooster Inn rocks!!!

The Red Rooster Inn is the perfect setting to unwind. We loved the poolside chill factor, the lawn area to stretch, the bocce ball court, and the entertaining chickens and rooster. Our host, Susan, went out of her way to be attentive including having the bicycles repaired in a timely manner. (We especially enjoyed the bicycle built for two.) We’ll be back whenever we come to Scottsdale!
