Great house

Overall, the house is great. The ad says 3 private bathrooms, however, it's actually 2 private (master) and 1 common area. The floors appeared clean, but we had to wear shoes from walking on the floors. We had to purchase pot holders, kitchen towels, TP and paper towels. There was only 1 spare TP roll in each bathroom for 5 people staying 4 days. Only 1 roll of paper towels with no dish towels. The host was very ki d and responsive. Despite the few minor annoyances, it was a great stay. It could be that is a newer VRBO? Would recommend to others and would book again if we come back to the area.

Super cute, but lacking a few key details

This place is adorable and clean. The outdoor space is amazing. Pool is not heated but the hot tub was lovely! Fire pit and games were great! It has two en suite primaries each with two king beds, huge TVs and plenty of space - so all guests will be comfortable! The house is not large, but somehow feels roomy. Beds were super comfy and the house was stocked pretty well with necessities.There were a few drawbacks, however. First, and most inconvenient: there were NO kitchen towels or potholders - we had to dry dishes with paper towels and use a sweatshirt to take pan out of the oven. Very unsafe. The coffee station needed restocking - I recommend brining your own ground coffee! Perhaps the host might consider adding a Nespresso with pods?!Also, NO hand towels in bathrooms (though there were a few on the beds) - it was just odd. The smell of air freshener was very intense, our clothes came home smelling strongly of it - hope the host avoids this in the future. Little repairs, touch ups and TLC needed around the house, including upholstery cleaning of the white dining chairs and counter stools.The check in process was very challenging and the site/portal thing they use for check in & out instructions and home details was NOT a good user experience. Instructions and details would be much easier if simply delivered through text message or within the APP, like most other hosts and management companies do. Overall, great stay, and would recommend this place!

Great stay in Scottsdale Arizona

It was a great property for Scottsdale Arizona. We struggled with booking but the host/property manager worked with me and we figured it out. I got my money worth at this property; using the hot tub, grill, and pool. This was a perfect spot for a friend hang out to grill dinner and get in the hot tub. Thank you once again. Take care!
