New hotel, it was a great experience! Check in was super quick, had a very sweet front desk worker (thank you Joseph). Room was exactly how the pictures looked, super clean and cozy. It was super hot in Glendale and the AC worked incredibly well and definitely made up for the pool that was under construction which makes complete sense because it is literally a new hotel so please don’t let other reviews be off putting. Breakfast was awesome, I went about 30 minutes before they stopped serving and they were still stocking up for guests which was very considerate. The staff were very sweet, just shy but I prefer that over rude and pushy employees. This hotel is honestly in such a great spot since I was attending a concert at the Diamond Desert Arena, about 10 minutes away. There’s also a little plaza across the freeway. I don't quite understand the negative reviews since they just opened but if I really had to complain about anything I guess it would be not supplying any bar soap, that’s it. I had an amazing stay and I’m really glad this hotel popped up when it did. Thank you staff.

My review is based on the interaction and the reservation made. My husband and I are traveling to Mexico to visit family. Due to him being a stroke survivor, diagnosed with dementia and sleep apnea, having a specific room isn’t an option for us both. It is a necessity. So much so that I always pay the insurance plan to keep my reservation the same. When I tried to explain this to the receptionist, she didn’t seem open to understanding the situation or even listening. She sent us to a different room where I could barely sleep due to the arrangement given and as a caregiver to my husband, worry kept me awake. We have another day of driving so I really needed this room to not change the way it did. Unfortunately, I have to drive fatigued and hope for the best.
