There is exactly one restaurant on the property. Anything else advertised is closed. Breakfast for a family of 5 will cost you $140. Room service comes at 8:30 in the morning. We were never out of the room by then and would ask them to come back after 9. They never came back. Not once in 5 days did we get our room cleaned. Overall the property, pools, and rooms were nice. Maybe a little outdated, but comfortable and clean. But we were disappointed in the lack of food options. By the second day we just rented a car bc that was going to be cheaper than eating on property or DoorDashing all week.

Lots of opportunities to improve!

The check in process was smooth and efficient, but other than that a lot of opportunities to improve. The rooms are in desperate need of updating, the pillows were flat and we couldn’t get an extra blanket because they were out of them. (Never heard of that) Half the hot tubs weren’t working and there were cigarettes butts in one it also was very dirty. It could be such a beautiful property with some investment and with the prices of the rooms and the food I know they are making money.

Beautiful Hotel and great pools

The Hilton Phoenix is beautiful , the pools warm and clean . The area is quiet and safe . The rooms are a bit outdated . My complaint would be not with the excellent service provided, but geez update the pillows and the mattress . For the high dollar price would love a great night sleep with all the wonderful perks of this Hotel.
