Checking in and getting to know the area was seamless. Staff were willing to share info about Tempe and things to do in the area. Rooms were clean and up to spec with no complaints. Workout room having a peloton was a major bonus! The bar was cool, though I wished it stayed open one more hour in the evening. Walking distance to CVS and mill ave as well as other restaurants in the area.

So many things wrong with this property, it’s so weird. You can obviously tell they are trying to be quirky, but there are so many ridiculous things about this location. 1. Parking is not included and is expensive. 2. Parking is not convenient to the main entrance. 3. The restaurant/bar has awful operation hours. 4. “No more hot breakfast for 3-4 months” is what we were told??? It’s graduation weekend. 5. Bar to pool gates are always locked… um, why would a place trying to make money not encourage you to be able to eat and drink out by the pool? 6. Hallways are not air conditioned, which is so weird. 7. Pool is FREEZING cold. How do they even do that in Tempe? 8. Shower head is on opposite side of shower from the shower controls- seriously! 9. Balcony/patio only have 1 chair- LOL!! 10. Bar staff needs serious customer service training.

Good location and a good vibe, but the property is old and tired and we were disappointed there wasn’t any flexibility around waiving the early checkin fee despite the fact the hotel was far from fully occupied, we were only a couple hours early, and our room was ready.

There was no more conditioner when I took a shower. They ran out of toothpaste. They didn't clean the room while we were out. The food was good, though, and the staff was super friendly.
