I booked a two queen bed non-smoking room. I showed up at one in the morning and they said that the morning manager changed the room to a king bed gave our room away went to the king bedroom and it was smoked in and they said they had nothing else they could offer me so I had to drive around for several hours in the morning. Look for a new hotel

The staff was great. HOWEVER, they could not make a working key for my room. They security bolts on the rooms I stayed in where loosened so if someone pushed on the door with the security bar it would open. I did not have a key to open my door my first night. They did not have any other rooms…. The second night they were unsure if they had any other rooms and the room they gave me had stains on the comforter. This is in a loud part of Mesa…. but it was inexpensive and convenient.

The room was very old. It really needed painting. The tv was on when we went in and we couldn't turn it off. We had to unplug it. One of the lamps was missing a light bulb. The blanket was very thin and had numerous cigarette burns in it.

Crystal checked me in ..At 1st didnt get a good vibe from her and as I continued speaking to her with my kindness :) vibe changed...Wrong room was given and Crystal quickly corrected and apologized. This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. No fire alarm only wires sticking out the wall. The toilet paper dispener was not connected to the wall. The bedding was dirty. The entire experience was less then desirable
