This home is located directly on the canal and surrounded by beautiful natural waterways.
You may occasionally see local wildlife such as possums, bandicoots or kangaroos. In warmer months, insects such as ants, flies or mosquitoes may also be present, particularly if doors or windows are left open.
The property is professionally treated, however seasonal weather can increase activity. To stay comfortable, we recommend keeping food sealed and doors closed when possible. If you notice anything unusual, please reach out — we are always happy to assist.

Prior to check-in, guests complete a quick ID and card verification through our secure Guest App (similar to hotel check-in).
Like most professionally managed holiday homes, a $750 pre-authorisation hold is placed before arrival and automatically released after your stay once house rules are confirmed and no damage is noted.

Pet-Friendly 🐾
We’re happy to welcome well-behaved pets. A $150 per pet per stay fee applies and can be arranged via our guest portal prior to arrival.

⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
We are happy to consider requests subject to availability.
Cleaner fee: $50 per hour.
For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night prior to arrival to ensure a relaxed and seamless start to your stay.

🧼 Longer Stays
For stays of one month or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean is provided as part of your booking.
For extended stays beyond one month, a clean will be scheduled fortnightly.

Cancellations
Our cancellation policy is set through Airbnb and applies to all bookings. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your plans.
