Accomodation itself is 10/10 The apartment is new, fit out with decent appliances and finishings - very quiet and comfortable place to stay for a family of four - far better than any hotel in this price bracket. However, the check in process is largely an AI system sending auto generated messages, which is fine but their QR code to access the accommodation required a third party app to be downloaded etc (bit of a painful way to access apartment), despite clicking their link and following instructions, it didn’t work. We sent across screen shots and messages explaining situation, however we didn’t get a response for nearly 24hrs. We eventually had to call up and go through a 5-10minute AI prompt system and eventually got a human who was really helpful and provided instructions for a physical fob card in the lockbox in the basement. Unsure why they don’t just use the lock box from the get go, would simplify it, particularly for people who aren’t tech savvy. Also unsure what would have happened if it was a late check in and you’re standing around waiting for an app to work that doesn’t, and an AI system that doesn’t respond. We would stay here again, just hope they review the check in progress.
