Friendly staff, perfect location near Hay Street Mall. Next to coffee shops and plenty of restaurants. Apartments clean and tidy not to flash but worth satisfactory for the price. Beware you cant smoke on the balcony. For this reason only I wouldnt stay again but I definitely recommend as a great central place to stay in Perth.
Very good Hotel suites --clean -serviced daily -small reception area, can leave bags for safekeeping, --flight of stairs to access --My floor 8 terrible Wifi, never more than few minutes before need to re-connect----room was spacious -good air-con- shower over bath --location is central but a lot of homeless in the area--a fabulous bar, Hula Bula downstairs, good atmosphere, great staff----- free newspapers at reception and a lovely looking Japanese restaurant next to reception --I never worked out (and did not ask) where breakfast was served --for around $100+ a night it is a good friendly place ---will re book for my next trip to Perth Peter
Stayed at the All Suites Perth for 5 days in April, stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the fourth floor, at the front. The apartment is a simple design with a kitchenette/dining room, bathroom and seperate bedroom. Although not large it certainly was has everything for two people, even a small laundry with washing machine and dryer. The bedroom had a small balcony and overlooked the road, however there was little street noise and with the thick block out curtains closed there was no street lighting to bother your sleep. My only dissapointment is the lack of television outside of the one in the bedroom meaning that you need to sit or lay on the bed to watch TV. The location just on the edge of the CBD is an easy walk to the shopping areas and resteurants or a leisurly stroll along the river foreshore. Would definetely recommend the All Suites Perth if you are searching for a good value, clean, close to CBD and river while in Perth.
This hotel was a fantastic find. Right in the heart of the CBD it in a great location and an easy 5 minute walk to the ferry terminal and shopping mall. The room is simple but very clean and roomy. The shower was amazing and the bed comfy. The staff were always friendly and attentive. Rooms are serviced every day and the convenience of having a cook top, fridge and microwave was an added bonus. This is a great place to stay if you don't want to spend too much money but still want a nice room close to the Perth CBD. Would definitely recommend it and will be staying here again next time we're in Perth.
All suites was quite an easy place to find in terms of location. Most of the tours pick up from Travelodge down the road which is like less than 5 mins walk from All Suites. There is also a free tram bus stop right outside All Suites. It's the one with a panther motif as a design on the bus stop. Be sure to check that out as it's free! All Suites is convenient but their front desk services vary from good service to not so good ones. The first guy we met during check in wasn't very helpful and even when we asked for directions, he didn't seem willing to help. However, there were some not too bad services and one of the lady was quite nice and meticulous even though she was new. The apartment that we booked was a two bedroom apartment. As my husband and I went on this trip with his mom, we were hoping to get some privacy at the end of the day but alas, the door was unable to even close fully not to mention locking. There was a huge gap between the door and the wall as if the construction workers didn't have enough material to finish the wall or the size of the door was too small. Anyways, it wasn't very pleasant. And the room that my mother-in-law was staying at didn't have a heater or a window. We went in Autumn, and it was relatively cold for us as we came from super hot Singapore. Her room was quite stuffy due to the lack of ventilation. Pots and pans and culteries were available if you need/want to cook. However, the most important kitchen equipment was kind of rusty. I meant the kettle we used to boil of daily intake of water. The insides were a little rusty and I do not think it is healthy to be drinking water with rust. Last but not least of my dissatisfaction, the apartments were either too close or the walls were too thin. You can literally hear what your neighbours are doing. Do pop by the Japanese restaurant downstairs though as they serve fresh sashimi and interesting Japanese food. Very very good service too even though we were there late at night, nearing their closing timing.
We stayed in the two bedroom apartment. Walking distance to eateries, attractions, shops, etc....Very spacious with all the facilities we needed as most of the time we prepare breakfast and dinner. The apartment was kept clean, linen and towels were good too. The staff at the reception were always very helpful in providing us with information on the bus and train routes. More than happy to stay here if we are in Perth.
I stayed in a two bedroom suite with my sisters. There was plenty of room and all the facilities we wanted were in the room (eg. oven, washing machine, etc.). We were very happy with the rates, the location and the room itself, but the best part was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. If you are looking for luxury accommodation, look elsewhere. If you are looking for good, clean accommodation, great value, put this place on your list of possibilities. There is no bar in the hotel but there is one right next door.
We stayed in a 2BR apartment on the 10th floor. Was very spacious and clean had seperate TV/Lounge area, kitchen and dining table. I also read on another review a person mentioning there was only 1 toilet. The room we stayed in (1003) had 2 toilets and 1 bath/shower. The check in clark was an amazingly friendly and helpful chap. Encountered no issues at all, and the bed and pillows were super comfy and clean.
Its a budget stay so I didnt really mind the hole in the closet. (Apparently it was a vent which they hadn't the time to close). But the picture on the web showed that there was a separate living room. Well, i suppose my previous travels had an expectation of how this separate living room should be. Instead it is a kitchen plus brekkie area. (A small table with 2 seats). Needless to say it was Not sufficient so we grabbed the balcony seats and placed them inside. Squeeze people. Otherwise is clean and the staff are uber friendly and efficient. Oh and u should know that the 2 bedroom apartment only has 1 bathroom/toilet. A bit of rush if the whole group needs to be up early.
I stayed here for two nights in May 2017. Easily found and in a very good position to see Perth. Not in a busy road so quite quiet. I specifically asked for a quiet room and this I was given. Very friendly staff, the cleanest room, brilliantly equipped. Washing machine, cooker, microwave, fridge, iron etc. Bath and shower, also scrupulously clean. So good and comfortable was this room and the whole experience of staying here, that I cancelled the next hotel I had booked before I returned to Melbourne and re booked with All Suites. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel, it's a great place to stay. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable.
