Due to flying back to Australia, I did not receive the passcode to obtain the key, for over 24hrs. I had to contact my son to ring the Park and request the code. If the code could be provided as soon as people provide their ID and Credit card details, it would take the stress out of worrying about not having the code when you are flying. Otherwise everything else was good.

Great value unit, however not enough blankets for to beds in the unit. It was a very cold night and each bed only has a sheet and thin quilt. Excellent location and value for money, the staff are very friendly and called to let us know that we could check in early as the unit was clean and ready to go Will stay there again

Close to most of the shopping centre that why i like it. But on the other side, my parking area this time was so narrow, lights are no working in some important area like lights a long the stairs and balcony also hot water system are not great it was like on and off which not funny in the cold weather

Was very happy with our stay and the property was spacious and clean. The manager was very helpful as we was travelling from the uk and our planes were delayed they aloud my aunt who was meeting us check in so we didn’t lose the booking and was able to book an extra night too.

We didn’t even feel safe to sleep the nigh. We had someone trying to get into the room while we were out. The caravan in front of us was filled with crack heads. Room needed a good bleaching the bath are all black around the tops. People asleep in cars on entrance in. The place is worse than any caravan park I’ve seen in all of WA

I cannot recommend this property, I was placed in Chalet 40 in amongst cluttered permanent stayers with dogs that whine, howl and bark, cats roamed freely. (I am allergic to cats) I chose a one bedroom chalet as it was close to my place of work. Chalet was like a sauna, smelt old, curtains were full of dust despite chalet appearing clean and the floors creaked. No Air cond or TV in bedroom, just a clicky fan. Was so disappointed as the photos looked fabulous.
