A specially designed spiral staircase leads to 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom. The staircase continues to the master bedroom with its en suite bathroom and parquet floor. The house has been fully restored and is tastefully decorated throughout and includes specially commissioned paintings. The large living area opens onto the 30 sq.m. grapevine covered secluded courtyard making it ideally suited to families or small groups. The house is equipped with its own water reservoir ensuring constant water. All rooms have air conditioning to both heat and cool the house making it ideal for both winter and summer rentals.
