We love this property. My family has been to this same condo for 40 years. Unfortunately, there are updates that are needed to justify the rental cost. New furniture in living area, new washer and dryer, and new stove would be greatly appreciated and noticed.

The condo was very nice! We paid a little more than we wanted, but understandably it was peake season. There needs to be more pillows for the queen beds. One pillow per person, is rough, but manageable. It would have been nice to have access to the boardwalk right beside our door, but overall we had a great time and memories were made! Maybe add a guest book for people to sign and tell where they are from!

Location was perfect! Check in was a breeze. Loved that the beach wasn’t crowded but still close to restaurants, shops, etc. All the beds were very comfy and unit was clean with well equipped kitchen. Maybe the best part was the blue heron that visited us everyday. We named him Herbert. Just a couple of things to note or for recommendation: 9 am checkout is too early; I have never stayed at a place with that early of a checkout. Check in of 4 pm was later than the usual 3 pm. While the unit and property were clean the unit had a strong scent Not sure what it was maybe a type of cleaner or something but after getting home everything smells like it. Dining room furniture was uncomfortable; had a rainy day and we played cards. The banquette, while can seat a crowd, is uncomfortable. The living room tv is small with a grainy picture. Overall, a great experience and would stay here again.
